Looking like a scam. No exact information, no rules, no spreadsheets, random participants...
What is it? Signature campaign without any other bounty campaigns? Bitcointalk is the only auditorium for you, isn't it?

Above is the real link to NKOR ANN. OP posted nasty referral link which is not welcome across forum boards.
You should be ashamed of yourself dear OP, such blunt unethical practice will get you nowhere.
(actually it may get you only in to the red zone)

Imagine for a second that there is a way of making this, along with the compliance with forum rules and in ethically acceptable manor.
You have a broad spectrum of means for making few, active and legitimate referrals. For example you could place your link instead of the signature under your profile, it could work nicely as this bounty program is not popular(yet). You could write an interesting, attracting post about nkor and propose to send your link on PM as well.

Instead you have chosen to cheat... Undecided not cool.
