No, it's definitely some issue with network syncing.

I started a node since block 400, and till now (827) the node can't start having 20-30 peer connections:

I think wallet syncs again on every new block atm. Mining just fine on pool. I keep wallet closed and open it for syncs every time I need it.

Pools somehow managed to fix the issue. According to Discord, I was not alone with the issue.
