Selling Hashflare Account

Hi Guys,

I want to sell my hashflare account which has 245.22 TH/s Speed.
I would like to sell it for $50,000 USD. It still has 11 months time.
I am in need of hard cash at this time. If possible, I would like to keep this account but I don't have choice. Price is not negotiable. It is the lowest I can offer.

Right now account has 2-factor enabled. I will disable it once I hand over the account.

But you would need to post when you purchased the majority of that hash because they only last for a year starting late last year.
