Is this possiable to mine other script coins with a L3? On eBay this guy says you can mine any script coin with it.

its a scrypt miner. you can mine any scrypt coin.

Yes, you can mine any Scrypt Proof of work (PoW) coin.
One of the first google results gave me this list of coins https://bitcoinguide.online/a-list-of-cryptocurrency-algorithms/
From that list you can pick any of those with scrypt pow. Then research, find a pool and mine.
Or you can go to any multipool, pick scrypt algorithm and go for it.

of course you can. you can mine all scrypt based coins with the L3 Antminer. The most popular ones are,
Litecoin, Verge, Digibyte

But there a a lot more scrypt base coins,
you can have a look at whattomine to find a small list of coins.
