BTC-e lowers number of FTC Confirmations to 10

Due to the recent security patch to Feathercoin BTC-e has decided to drop the number of required confirmations down to 10. We are very grateful to BTC-e development team for their confidence.

Feathercoin's Advanced Checkpointing (ACP) checkpoints block history to make sure that no attacker can orphan a block once it has been checkpointed.
