Dear All,

I have been playing Crypto-Games for a few months now, wagering several dozens of ethereums on the platform.
I have _always_ been playing on a single account, without any bot / cheat / misleading tool / help.
Today, I have sent 40 LTC on Crypto-Games. When I've tried to play / withdraw, it says my account is "temporarily blocked".
I do not understand. I'm a fair and adult player, playing with my wage, and now these 40 LTC are all the money that I own. And it's frozen on Crypto-Games.

The issue ID # is 744

Can somebody from the staff / any moderator from the board help me out?

As far as I know if you make an account more over if you are a huge wagered, there is no way they will block your account without no reason. I seldom play there and when I tried to login just now and there is no problem with it. Are you breaking their rules so your account is suspended by them?

What did they say was the problem?

Next time before opening a new thread about any of the services issues you should first send them personal message and post on their ANN thread. If they don't reply then only you can consider opening a new thread to inform service issues to other members.

What was the real issue with your account to block?

If it was from error or they needed to since it was a large amount they haven't seen the account before.
So if it does happen to some else they know that all it takes is just an email to support instead of going into panic mode.

Yeah it would have been nice to know exactly what happened it seem everything resolved quickly and without any issues but we do not know exactly what happened, most of these stories that I have seen end with the player not being happy with the service of the casino but in this case it was the opposite so it is good to know there are casinos that treat their gamblers with respect and work with diligence to give the best service they can.

Read the whole thread first mate, it is not that hard to read because there are less than 10 posts in this thread. If you have read it then you will not suggest it anymore as the issue was resolved.
