Whoa. Who would have thought that the first state to get around to this would be Wyoming?

Assuming Wyoming becomes a hotbed for companies in the United States raising an ICO, what are some nicknames we can give to Wyoming?

There's Silicon Valley (an actual city in the Bay, but used more as a nickname for the entire tech ecosystem), Ethereum Island (Mauritius) and there's a few more I can't think of because my eyes are getting sleepy.

What are potential nicknames for Wyoming? Here's my list.

- Cryptoming
- ICOming (pronounced i-co-ming (it's late, cut me some slack))
- ICOland
- The Wild Wyoming West

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Wyoming has a few other pending bills which are related to blockchain and cryptocurrency including Wyoming House Bill 19 (HB0019) and Wyoming Senate Bill 111 (SF0111).
This Wyoming House Bill 70 (HB0070) passed the third reading by all 60 house members on February 19. Now that HB007 has successfully passed all the steps, it will be sent to the second house for further action, here are some more details on this bill: Wyoming Is On A Roll: New Bill Exempts Tokens From Securities Law
