Thinking of starting up a pool to complement my youtube channel, any takers or advice on what you would need to see from a pool admin perspective to trust them?

For example, what would you need them to share with you:

-Skypecall
-linkedin
-facebook
-address (this I'm not sure on as you wouldn't want robbers to come to your house)
