I've mined some coins from https://supportshg.com/ but wallet 2.0 still empty.  Total Paid: 3282.20000000 SHG. Wallet address is correct, any ideas?

Try to delete old Shang blockchain data and then run daemon (shangcoind) again to synchronize with new network. After the sync, open your wallet again and you should see your balance available.

Deleted shang folder@appdata and @programdata, and after the blockchain is synchronized - my balance still 0.

Not sure where did you get this info from, but from 2 mentioned exchanges, there's probably only Monero from cryptonote family coins trading there... Majority of them are traded in Cryptopia...

The new wallet crashes on two different win10 machines. Message "shangcoin-wallet-gui.exe has stopped working".
This seems to happen when it finishes syncing the chain. Same thing happens if syncing from scratch or using the zipped chain download.

- Ubuntu 16.4. -> Illegal instruction (core dumped)
- Win Server 2016 -> app stop working in the middle of syncing blockchain
