We are expecting the coin to be ready any day now. Looks like there were some serious flaws within the code of cryptonote which our coin will be based on. Our developers are working hard in fixing all of those errors right now. You can always come by and have a chat with our developers on our Discord to get the latest news!

Unfortunately I bring sad news to those of you who were looking forward to the mineable coin. Our lead developers have stopped working on it mainly because they no longer have the time.

However that does not mean BroFistCoin is over. Far from it!

During the last couple of days we have been working hard in order to reshape our project completely.

Here's what we have achieved so far:

• PEW token becomes the official BroFistCoin
• Real world application for PEW coin is to incentivize content creators to come up with better quality memes
• Requested BroFistCoin to be listed as a supported token for the Reddit TipJar
• mathias_- became the first user to receive 100 PEW coins for their contribution to the community
• Internal PEW Transfer system finished. You can now send PEW coins to other people from our official website!
• Official BroFistCoin Youtube channel launched
• Intro video changed to include the part where PewDiePie says how memes are the most valuable asset on the internet
• Updated Roadmap
• Added About, FAQ and Transfer sections on our website (really must check those out!!!)
• Created a Medium profile where we will start publishing articles about our project
• Created a backup Discord channel just in case the original goes down

We envisioned BroFistCoin to be the cryptocurrency to reward meme creators over at PewDiePieSubmissions subreddit from the beginning. This is one of the main reasons a mineable coin would have made no sense.

BroFistCoin should be earned by creating new and original content in the form of internet memes not by mining it on your computer without contributing to the community.

That being said the AirDrop is still ongoing and we will distribute all of the remaining coins as promised.

when pew list on big exchanger ?

Hello, we are currently listed on ForkDelta and EasyTrade (both are decentralized exchanges).

That being said, I am personally a strong believer in everything that's decentralized and this is one of the reasons I haven't bothered adding our crypto in a "big" or "professional" exchanger.

I have been approached by a few smaller companies, but I have rejected their offers because they are only after profits whereas a true decentralized exchange does SIMPLY the one thing it's supposed to do: allow people to trade cryptocurrencies!

I am aware that in the public eye, when you are not listed on some huge exchange, you are worth nothing. But in reality all it shows is that you have paid huge BRIBES in order to be listed on some centralized company that can get "hacked" (read: owners running away and stealing all the funds) at any time and nobody can do anything to stop it.

On top of all that we are working on a marketplace platform and "PewDiePie's Trading Cards" that give PEW token actual tangible value. Our team is not interested in empty promises. This is why we've been quiet for a while too. We are busy developing instead of hyping!

There will be real value for BrofistCoin in the future, it just won't be in the form of hype and lies, but actual value that grows along with our development efforts.
