EU TAX situation explained:The premise is we both are VAT registered companies, that can declare taxes within the EU
- This price is without the EU VAT.
- The units will be officially declared at local customs department.
- I am importing them within the EU economical zone.
- I come from Czech Republic. If I sell it within Czech Republic, taxes need to paid and than will be reimbursed by the local tax office.
- If I export the units to a different EU country, I can sell it without tax to a VAT registered company, which will pay the tax locally and get it reimbursed later by local tax office
