Windows Instructions

Run Snatcoin-Qt
Close Snatcoin-Qt
Move snatcoin.conf to C:\Users\<your name>\Appdata\Roaming\Snatcoin (you will see your wallet.dat in this same directory)
Run Snatcoin-Qt again
Linux Instructions
------------------
- These instructions will build snatcoind (in the snatcoin/src directory) and snatcoin-qt (in the snatcoin directory)
sudo apt-get install git
sudo apt-get install build-essential libtool autotools-dev automake pkg-config libssl-dev libevent-dev bsdmainutils
sudo apt-get install libboost-system-dev libboost-filesystem-dev libboost-chrono-dev libboost-program-options-dev libboost-test-dev libboost-thread-dev
sudo apt-get install libboost-all-dev
sudo apt-get install software-properties-common
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:bitcoin/bitcoin
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install libdb4.8-dev libdb4.8++-dev
sudo apt-get install libminiupnpc-dev
sudo apt-get install libzmq3-dev
sudo apt-get install libqt5gui5 libqt5core5a libqt5dbus5 qttools5-dev qttools5-dev-tools libprotobuf-dev protobuf-compiler
sudo apt-get install libqt4-dev libprotobuf-dev protobuf-compiler
git clone
https://github.com/snatcoinOfficial/snatcoincd snatcoin
cd src/leveldb
chmod +x build_detect_platform
cd ..
make -f makefile.unix
cd ..
qmake
make
./snatcoin-qt
If your instance runs out of memory on rpcbitcoin.cpp run these lines below (this is useful on AWS EC2 Instances)
sudo dd if=/dev/zero of=/swapfile bs=64M count=16
sudo mkswap /swapfile
sudo swapon /swapfile
Mining Instructions
===================
CPU Solo Mining:
----------------
go to Help -> Debug Window -> Console
type in
setgenerate true
You will start CPU mining Snatcoin
GPU Solo Mining [Nvidia]:
-------------------------
get ccminer-x64 v2.2.4.0
Edit your snatcoin.conf file to add
server=1
rpcuser=yourusername
rpcpassword=yourpassword
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
rpcport=2332
listen=1
daemon=1
gen=0
block_nTime=1317972665
block_nNonce=2084524493
- Then run Qt in server mode
snatcoin-qt -server
Create a snatcoin.bat file and then add into it
ccminer-x64 --algo=scrypt --url=http://127.0.0.1:2332 -u yourusername -p yourpassword --lookup-gap 2
Then run your batch file and you should be GPU mining Snatcoin
