Yes, you understood well with the project, but what you want to understand with realty markets? How to make $?  1. Developer way: you buy land, build a house, add your % and sell it as a whole or by apartments. Relatively quick, good %, but you need a ton of money on start. 2. Realty manager way: you buy property from developer/owner and establish/continue your business, usually rental/accommodation. Initial money depends on certain property, may take years to make returns equal to 3. expenses, but then you are in a permanent surplus getting your %. 3. Realtor way: you help developers buy land and sell house/apartments, get your %. Quickest, but income is relatively small while almost no expenses. We are going to use way 1 or 2, depending on our ICO results. |

After ICO we will become "the clients" and there is no problem with KYC. Currenty we are focusing on tourist regions of Spain (known, stable) and Georgia (cheap, good ROI). |

All purchases will be made from our main company of its local subsidiaries where it is required by law. We will publish bank statements so you will see every cent spent and gathered. Good question btw, added it to the FAQ. |

Okay that seems to be interesting although Georgia is not an well known vacation country but the future can change of course. Watched some pics about Georgia and it looks very beautiful there, did you some research to numbers of tourist what is going to Georgia?
Sure. Average montly tourist count in Georgia is between 500k and 1M depending on the season, summer is more popular obviously. Our main target there is the Batumi city, which is in Top-10 best European cities for tourists (National Geographic Traveler). |

We update the counter as we get more investment. The amount of gathered funds are downloaded dynamically, it's not a static HTML that we upload every time. At the same time, your observations are correct: during the last week we did not get any new funds. However, if you take a look to the cryptomarket, you will see a 3x price fall during the last 4 month. This does not help to secure more funds. We got almost all of them offline and in fiat. So, we will be happy to update the data as soon as someone else decides to join our ICO. |

Project is really great and has potential but it is not attracting a lot of investors, I suggest your marketing team should do some facebook paid ads with an informative video about the company, and hire a crypto marketing agency to do your marketing work. There are a lot of marketing agencies handling ICO's and they are successful promoting it. I observe also that some of your ads focuses mainly on other companies failed projects which is not helping your company at all by comparing it.. You have to focus mainly on your company's goals and objective and how it is going to be beneficial for investors to join. Be precise and professional when it comes to your video ads. Do not use humor or figurative language to promote the company. Thats is my suggestion. I am doing your bounty program by the way, and I noticed a lot of things, I hope you will take this advise into consideration. I wish the company goodluck.
