I tried contacting them by email and i have received no response.  The phone number they give out has a missing digit at the end.  I troubleshooted all 10 possible characters from 1,2,3...0 and none worked.

As far as I know, both are operated and supported by Ukyo, who is known for not having the fastest response time regarding support tickets (if you even get an answer).

When I first started, I had to make sure weexchange was up when l linked bitfunder to them. It took me a bit to figure that out, but after that, I have had no issues. Its not that bad. Granted, the weexchange interface isnt that great, but once you get used to it, it grows on you.. I really didn't like the set up at first, but I kind of like it now.
