1. Privacy. If implemented naively, escrow transactions can leave a distinct
fingerprint visible on the blockchain which can potentially leak sensitive business
information. For example, online merchants may not want their competitors to
learn the rate at which they enter disputes with customers. We define a series
of privacy properties regarding whether observers can determine that an escrow
protocol was used, if a dispute occurred, or how that dispute was resolved.
2. Security. Intuitively, an escrow protocol is secure if the mediator(s) cannot
transfer the funds to anyone other than the buyer or the seller.
3. Buyer/seller both must agree to terms and conditions of each other befor we start escrow, if ther are disputes during the escrow betwen the buyer/seller, escrow will be terminated.
4. Buyer will be asked to make payment to the mediator as soon as the escrow starts, after the mediator confirms payment, the seller will be asked to make payment to the buyer, after the buyer confirms payment the mediator will release the funds.
5. if the buyer fails to make payment to the mediator, the escrow will be terminated and the buyer will get a warning. If the Seller fails to deliver payment to the buyer, the mediator will refund the buyer with no fee, and seller will get a warning. After 2 warnings you will be banned for 1 week. If the problem occurs again after 1 week ban, you will be perma banned from the escrow service.
6. Ther will be 1.5% fee that will be witheld from the seller, recommended that the buyer/seller talk about splitting the fees prior to the trade.
7. As soon as the buyer/seller agree to each others terms, the mediator will invite them to a private escrow room wher voice chat will be available to make the trade.
