Hmmm. Where did you get that news? , can you provide the links where you found it? Because there something fishy in that news of yours, I've never seen this kind of news anywhere. Maybe there are some people behind it and only invented that news so that people will be expected to believe it. Well if ever that its true, I got nothing to say but, Its a good news.

Definitely it is good to buy coins when it's in lower value at the same time it could make much profitable when the value is starting rising up. I think that many investors do the same way too because this is their chance to become much richer than before. This may consider as a positive effect of deeply dumping of coins value.However, this can be the cause of felting nervous and do panic selling of other people.
