Its a pdf someone got from the beauracracy where they are concerned about the fed system collapsing and are looking to setup a replacement.

How long would it take after the collapse for currencies like bitcoin to take over ?

However, this is too a serious subject.  We should create a commitee to discuss about it.

I don't know about what happen in your country guys, but here in France there is something funny about commitees.


Most of time commitees are just stupid waste of public money and nothing very good comes out of it.

But if by any chance something interesting or pertinent comes out of it, the government puts the report in a drawer and makes sure it doesn't lead to any actual measures.  There was a famous Pebereau report about our public debt for instance.  It was wonderfully ignored by the government.
