Here is a little insight into Dremzz Network from Medium

As the ability to work remotely has greatly increased in the last decade, so also has the amount of people who are getting into freelance work. Because it has become a seamless process to meet new potential clients and perform the work required for them, freelancers enjoy the benefits of working for themselves, cutting out the headaches that can come with bosses, management, and corporate structures. This is great news for talented workers who want to showcase their abilities without being handcuffed by tedious projects that don’t optimize their potential.

There are many centralized freelance platforms offering jobs and connections. These include Uber, Fiverr and UpWork. While they offer a convenient service for new and experienced freelancers alike, there are several inherent problems. As the user base for these platforms grows, these centralized institutions begin to boycott the users. This results in higher commission, allowing the organization and stakeholders to profit while leaving the actual workers with less money in their pockets. UpWork for example changed in 2016 their pricing and is now charging their freelancers with 20% of commissions instead of the previous 10%. With heavy competition already existing in the gig economy, this means that freelancers have to offer their services for even lower prices, which get cut further when platforms like Upwork and Fiverr take their mandatory commission. One would think, that early adopters who helped a company to grow in their early years should benefit the most, but with the current systems, exactly those users are abused and left behind. You can ask any Uber driver!

Another fundamental limitation with these platforms is that one must have a bank account in order to get paid. There are hundreds of millions of talented people with great abilities in developing countries that lack access to financial institutions, hence for them it is impossible to join those platforms and make a living. Also as younger generations are getting more involved with cryptocurrency and becoming jaded by old-school, stuffy institutions like centralized banks, they are less likely to join platforms that require such an account. However, with the rise of the blockchain technology all of the above mentioned drawbacks can be eliminated and more and more people will make a transition into these platforms.

Disrupting the Freelancer Industry
Dremzz is one such platform that solves the mentioned issues. It’s estimated that 7% of Americans, or roughly 22.6 million people, do not have banks accounts. This number increases to 39% when looking at worldwide trends. That means that almost 1.5 billion people worldwide with internet access, but no bank account can take advantage of the Dremzz protocol, which utilizes Blockchain technology and the Ethereum network to safely and securely process transactions. There is 0% commission paid to Dremzz, just a nominal fee to the Ethereum network which generally amounts to only a few cents. With the Dremzz token, early adopters and the user base as a whole will get rewarded as the community grows and as more and more freelancers and clients interact which each other.

As we have seen, the current system of freelance platforms has crucial misaligned incentives and the organizations on the long term are concerned only with their bottom line and profitability for their shareholders — they aren’t looking out for the workers themselves and the early users are getting misused the most. With Dremzz and the emerging prominence of decentralized blockchain platforms, freelancers have a whole new system to experiment with and to showcase their talents and abilities. Dremzz provides total automation while offering the safest, most secure network and allowing freelancers to keep the money they earned without paying commissions to a centralized behemoth. For any freelance artist, writer, designer or any other business professional, Dremzz is a platform with the great potential to disrupt the current freelancing industry!
