I have ordered my 25GHps miner  at May ~15.
Order is still in processing state. I want to cancel it.
I have no replies from bfl about cancelling my order.
Is there a company that will help me to get a refund from bfl?
I'm from Russia so I can't just go to Kansas to talk with Commerce Bank guys.

From this post > http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/1mq3qi/bfls_illegal_refund_policy/

I went and read the http://business.ftc.gov/documents/bus02-business-guide-mail-and-telephone-order-merchandise-rule and it states that if the consumer agrees to an indefinite shipping period aka "2 or more months" they are legally allowed to seek a refund up until their order is shipped.

Do I need to file a complaint with the FTC? > https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#&panel1-1
Will they help me if  bfl is doing illegal things? Or do I need to contact some other party?

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

speak to your bank

Im in the UK, and UK banks allow up to 3 months wire reversal in the event of fraud / non-delivery of items.

See how it goes...

Tried. They said they may do an 'investigation':
1. I pay $35 to my bank for investigation.
2. They check is my payment received by BFL.
3. They give me info about my payment.
This is it. Investigation is useless.
They may also ask bfl to refund me but will not force them if bfl will decline to refund me. So they told me I will not be refunded in any way.

In May they already had "no refunds" policy, no?

This policy violates the FTC rules of doing business over the internet. You can file a complaint with the FTC and they will advocate on your behalf with BFL. If you ask for a refund before BFL ships your product, BFL must refund your money.

Does your bank see your purchase as a case of fraud?

You can also contact the Johnson County District Attorney.
They are already looking into BFL complaints.

Like the shill said, why the f did you send them money in may?Huh and wait till now to even look into a refund.  Should have spent this entire time researching ASIC's and companies delivering or not delivering.
