Just a random question out of strong curiosity. It seems like literally everyone who got into crypto developed an interest/passion in investing anywhere between November 2017 up until now but up until mid-2017 and even the recent years before that, no one was really widely talking about it on the level it's being talked about now. Even my co-workers started talking nearly every day about investing in Crypto beginning Novemberish. but I didn't see them talking about any Crypto from January 2017 up until like Oct/Nov. Was crypto not a "popular" thing these past years before Bitcoin blew up? I feel like so many crypto enthusiasts were born late 2017-this year but I have a feeling none of them were in existence before then.
