There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Does anyone think they can figure out what the name FinShaggy means? (Not where I got it, but based on this thread you can see what each name means in "Fin" and "Shaggy")

Hmm, "Shaggy" from Scooby Doo? Yep I was in jail and a Mexican that couldn't speak English worked the kitchen, he would call me Shaggy and give me high fives and free food. Then in California they called me Shaggy also. Fin is still out there though
