Hello. I participated in Copytrack's Bounty Program, more precisely in the Translation Campaign. I believe this Program was run in a shady manner (at least the Translation one) and I will provide some information on why this thread is posted in the "Scam Accusations".

I will, first of all, introduce the rewards and terms of the Translation Bounty (the BTT thread has been moved to the Trashcan).
The rewards were
  • 40 stakes for the ANN translation
  • 20 stakes for our "big" annoucement translation
  • 5 stakes per ANN page

These are the exact words used in the BTT. Furthermore, the translator had to keep the thread active, as "no-post dead threads are not allowed".
The total allocated bounty for this campaign was 150,000 CPY (or roughly $110,000).
However, there was no system in place to reserve your thread, which resulted in duplicate translated threads. In total, there were 102 translations!

I translated the ANN and did not have 1 page of replies. That means 40 stakes. I was indeed allocated 40 stakes, but my payout was only 1187 CPY, A LOT less than expected.
My expectations were this: duplicate threads would not get rewarded, same for dead threads, same for threads like this or other threads which were not supposed to get rewarded.

Well fuck all of that, they all got rewarded. That particular thread above, rewarded. This, this and many other similar threads. Oh, that is only Arabic. There were 15 Arabic, translations, 10 French, 8 Korean, 7 German, 6 Turkish, 6 Spanish, 4 Romanian, 4 Portuguese, 4 Swedish and so on. "40 stakes ANN, 20 stake annoucement" my ass! Here you can check for yourself: link (I actually don't precisely know whether they were rewarded or not, but will get into that towards then end of this thread.) Of course, a lot of people not only did translate what they didn't have to, but also did not keep their threads active. I know you might be wondering about my thread, so here is it. I feel like shit because I calculated roughly 4000 CPY, considering only the good threads will get rewarded. I got 1/4 of that.

So this might not sound like a scam at all but rather awful management. Now I will get into the details of why I believe that this is more than that.

Time to do some maths.
For 1187 CPY (will round to 1200), it means that 1200 / 40 = 30 CPY per Stake. Alright.
150,000 CPY / 30 (tokens per stake) = 5000 Stakes (in this entire Translation Campaign). Okay?
5000 Stakes / 102 translations (including the shit ones too) = 49 Stakes per translation??
What in the name of fuck? ANN = 40 Stakes ; "big" annoucement (which is this link, I think) = 20 stakes.

Go to this page and you may check how many translation of the ANN and the "big" have been made. I believe the ANN are in inferiority, so lets suppose that 60% of ALL the translations were "big" (20 stakes) and the rest of 40% were ANN (40 stakes).

That means 61 "big" and 41 ANN. Multiply 61 x 20, add to it 41 x 40 and you come up with 2,860 stakes.
150,000 / 2850 = 52 CPY per Stake, give or take a few. KEEP IN MIND, THIS IS INCLUDING ALL THE SHITTY TRANSLATIONS.

Before you jump out of your seat, let me help you out. These guys do not have a bounty token distribution spreadsheet, so there is no way of tracking whether the distribution was correct. We just have to believe them that they correctly counted the threads (I will not even mention "correctly evaluate the threads"...)

"Easy there. Did you contact them?" - a random person

Yes and...no. They banned me for no reason from their Telegram (like literally because my name of Telegram is "Xx Yy" and they thought I was a scammer  Sad . This happened before all of this, like 2w ago.). So I had to use the on-site messaging system. This is the "conversation" I had with Stefan Bar, Copytrack's CTO: https://imgur.com/a/dO55H (roughly 8 screenshots of me talking by myself)

After the last text of mine, I randomly check my email and...voila! https://i.imgur.com/c3XcyVY.png. Clicking on "Check Token Transfer" doesn't help much, it shows shows etherscan.io.

"So there we have it boys! Those are the cpy / stake, thanks for participating, fuck you and goodnight!"

I am open to discuss this with both the users of bitcointalk, but also the representatives of Copytrack.

I demand explanations on why the rules of the Translation Campaign haven't been enforced. I demand to know why there is no token distribution spreadsheet that shows how much every single person received (this shall apply for ALL the campaigns). I am sure these facts are not only demanded by me, but also by all the participants of the bounty campaign and the users of bitcointalk.

Keep in mind that Copytrack isn't some shitty deal. Their ICO got them like $7m and their PRE-ICO like $7.6m. Anyway, these guys made bucks, that's my point.

I am looking forward to seeing others' opinions on this matter. Maybe even the opinions of other participants of this bounty campaign.

You seem to have misunderstood.
I translated 4 posts to Swedish and I was rewarded 160 stakes (40 each) it doesn't matter if the post was small or "big" u would always receive 40 for it. Also, it isn't "shit posts" its other posts than the announcement post such as the bounty program info post that we translated, and there were several other posts you also could translate.

Here are the stakes per each:
Twitter: 0,00037364608035 CPY / STAKE
Facebook: 0,001086921811127 CPY / STAKE
Telegram: 0,750750750750751 CPY / STAKE
BCT Posts: 2,419690473194669 CPY / STAKE
BCT Translations: 29,411764705882353 CPY / STAKE
Blog Posts: 5,8411214953271 CPY / STAKE

as you can see there is nothing weird about it.
If we do the math for the BCT Translations, there was a total of stakes (150000/29,411764705882353=5100) So now we have established the total stakes in the BCT Translations. If you had 40 stakes that means you were supposed to get (40/5100=0,007843137255) roughly 0.78% of all the 150000 tokens (0,007843137255*150000=1 176,47058825) in this case you either got too many tokens or you was in the twitter, facebook... bounty too.
You made everything to complicated, there is nothing wrong here.

Why were all the posts rewarded with 40 stakes? Also, nobody really stated what posts can or cannot be translated.

And when I said "shit translations", I was refering to those short arabic translations I linked above (and anything else similar)
