resolve it soon
You should provide your username and transaction details to victor to resolve it otherwise it is difficult for them to verify details. Also in the above posts, Victor asked you to send email to their support team to resolve if you got any deposits issues. Did you send email to him? I thought all deposits are auto but not sure why it is not deposited into your account. We are performing maintenance on our backend that will help rectify this issue. Please bare with us, while we perform this maintenance. Can you give a guarantee that the issue will not appear again after the maintenance? As per my own experiences, yes it they have instant withdrawal but my last withdrawal was so long ago and it was just small amount of bitcoin. Withdrawals maybe delayed for security reason if there is something unusual with the account, or maybe if you are going to withdraw huge amount of btc. Normal thing IMO as other casinos may do the same as well. |
