Is your payment processing restricted entirely to bitcoin, or do you offer other methods as well?

I think you need to consider to add at least LTC OR DOGE OR ETH to speed up the transactions and to reduce the waiting time for a transaction to get confirmed. I don't think any casinos running only with BTC can manage to pull more traffic in the future. It is good that you're considering to add other altcoins in your casino.

I would add ETH. I do not personally have any LTC at the moment, but it also a good option. There is also a new coin/token being engineered just for online gambling, but it is mostly geared towards traditional online casinos and poker rooms, not so much the bitcoin only variety.

Also, I don't see him running more promotions to attract more people to the site. Maybe he is busy with other things or he may be having a some fixed players on this site so not much worried to attract more people. If any casino run with the only bitcoin these days they will not get much traffic to their site particularly all small players will not go to their site.

His last response on this thread on 21st Jan and after that no response. Victor is a good person but to run a gambling site being a good person not sufficient but he needs to be active and fix all the issues faster otherwise no one will go that site again. Now there are so many good online casinos are there to consider so gamblers expect a fast response from admins for their issues.

Looks like everything's back to normal now. SSL certificate is renewed. victor should probably have auto-renewal on these things, so it doesn't happens again.
