Looking for someone who can help me create an effective pre-beta marketing campaign to meet our goals for beta. This person must be able to explain the rationale behind the marketing campaign and have a real deep discussion about it.

Edit: to be more clear on the goal of beta, it's to get roughly 20-50 testers who are able to test the service, and provide feedback like bugs, feature suggestions, UI changes, etc.
