Is there such a thing as Anonymous Domain Name Registration? If so what extension is best? Also what are the best Anonymous web hosting companies that accept Bitcoin?

namecheap accepts bitcoin, just use a proxy/tor.

I guess you mean top level domain with extension, so from a google point of view the best tlds are:

.com > .net > .org > rest

namecheap doesn't automatically enable whois guard. Automated whois scanners will have your details before you are able to enable whois guard.

I registered a domain with http://cinipac.com/
Their managment interface doesn't work with my firefox and support system is slow.
On the other hand it is not a scam: I get my domain registered and privacy protected from start.
