What is NEX?

NEX combines the NEO blockchain with an off-chain matching engine to enable much faster and more complex trades than existing decentralized exchanges

High Volume		NEX handles enormous trade volume through its unique publicly verifiable off-chain matching engine
Payment Service		The NEX payment service enables third-party smart contracts on NEO to send and receive global assets such as NEO and GAS as part of their computation
Complex Trades		NEX handles complex order types that aren’t currently available on other decentralized exchanges such as market and limit orders

NEX opens registration for the token sale lotteries

March 12th

In the first round, we will conduct lotteries among all registered users
to select participants for the token sale. The first lottery will select up
to 25k participants to contribute up to $1,000 each. A second lottery
will select participants from the remaining users to fill any gaps left by
participants who failed to register or wished to contribute under the
maximum individual limit.


To register for the lotteries you will need the following:

An email address The first 3 characters of your passport number The country issuing your passport

What is Know Your Customer (KYC)?
KYC is an identity verification process that allows us to comply
with government and banking regulations.
All users who want to contribute to the NEX token sale are
required to go through this process. Depending on the final
investment amount, required information vary.

Watch out for fake emails pretending to be Neon Exchange. I got an email from "NeonExchanges.org" with an "s" at the end, asking me to join their pre-sale. I had to laugh when I received the email.

We are working with our legal team to finalize countries participating however, we don't have a final position regarding the participating countries yet.

We aim for constant improvement, so we will keep the community informed about any changes.
