I really don't understand why someone would run a non-compatible wallet, the wallet is not compatible with any of the 3rd party services and wallet providers out there.

Just because you're not endorsing this doesn't make this a scam.  This is a legitimate upgrade that has been worked on for well over a year by our team of holders and stakers on the network.  We are not strangers to our ecosystem.  

We invited everyone to run this on testnet to validate.  This isn't going to make the community lose coins, This is a true upgrade to the network by running the quantum upgrade in parallel for 6 solid months.  This isn't a Hard Fork running a different network.  Everyone is fully able to transact during the entire gold rush period on ANY software on the legacy network, but to take advantage of the gold rush and to generate quantum wallets, that will be required to be on the upgraded software.

We hope the community doesn't miss out on front end opportunities during the Gold Rush period because of the negativity you're spreading on software our team has painstakingly built for our community. If you have something concrete to address as far as how people will lose their BLK I'd invite you to share that with all of us with actual code, because that simply is not true.

because if you are tired if something you come and talk to the community. We have never seen you around or heard anything. When someone launches there own fake shadow coins on top of an existing chain, and claims it is a MANDATORY UPGRADE, then YES IT IS A SCAM. Your coins are not even part of the original chain. They cannot be seens on any tool in the whole Blackcoin ecosystem. So YES IT IS A SCAM. I am sure people will lose their $BLK as soon as they run the software,

If you want to start your own fork, go ahead, but leave Blackcoin for what it is. I like many of the advancements that you propose, I don't lile the way you do this. I am sure many people thing the same. We are here to protect the Blackcoin stakers, the networkt, the stakers, the users, the ecosystem. So stop saying these lies.

Our team is comprised of ALL Blackcoin users.  Unfortunately the lack of efficient and expeditious build out of the network has caused us to need to pick up the work for the community ourselves.

Blackcoin's Protocol V4 upgrade, Quantum Quasar, is now released. This is a mandatory upgrade for everyone running a node or wallet. V4 activates on mainnet on **2026-07-12** (around block **5,950,000**), so please update before then to stay on the network.

**Before you upgrade**
1. Back up your `wallet.dat`.
2. Install the new version over the old one.
3. On first launch it auto-detects an existing Blackcoin More install, backs it up, and imports it into the new data directory. Your old data is left untouched. Let the import and the one-time Gold Rush replay finish.
4. Important: after you create any quantum address (migration, staking, or cold-stake), back up your wallet again. Quantum keys are not derived from your seed, so an older backup will not recover those funds.

**Install notes**
- macOS: the apps are ad-hoc signed. On first open, right-click the app and choose Open, then Open again. If it reports the app is "damaged," run: `xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/blackcoin-qt.app`
- Windows: SmartScreen may warn since the installer is not code-signed yet. Click More info, then Run anyway, after checking the SHA256.

**Gold Rush snapshot**

I don't understand what you are talking about but like I said before, you are free to fork the software. It is open-source. I has been forked hunderds of time.

Just don't ask people to use some shady kind of shadow fork that has shadow coins that are not visible on the chain and cannot be used on any of the tools that are part of the Blackcoin ecosystem. They are not visible on explorers, not vsisible on exchanges, not visibile in 3rd party wallets, or any other type of wallet like the Electrum-BLK wallet.

Asking people to migratie their $BLK and just trust you and your "team", is not going to work. Most community members have been around for many years. I have been around since 2017, and this is not a fork we trust and endorse

So stop claiming you are some kind of new "team" and only have good intentions. Nobody buys that.

We hope to work together over the coming weeks of rollout together.  Please let us know if there is anything we can do to assist in the transition.  I think once you can see that stability is verified on main net in the next week or so, we can come up with a plan that can have everyone on a unified front.

We certainly hope for a full official endorsement by the legacy devs, and hope you will join the community in peer review of the software so you can feel comfortable with what is proposed to advance our blockchain together.

Migration doesn't even happen for 24 months.  This isn't some shadow fork if you read and understand the protocol.

Everyone has full access to use their wallets as normal, the only thing is this generate the Quantum wallets and Gold Rush Staking and PoW rewards during the first 6 months, that will be missed out on if not utilizing this wallet, and once that epoch is complete, there will be no opportunity to go back and collect those.

It's unfair to the community to try and restrict the ability for community members to receive an incentive for early adoption with software that still 100% lives on the same chain.

There is a clear misunderstanding of Blackcoin Core 30.1.0.  Please take the time to actually read through the white paper and validate the software so you understand what we have built out for the community.

But this shadow fork is not in line with that philosophy.

"Blackcoin 30.1" is not based on Bitcoin Core 30.1. It is based on our Blackcoin More 26.2 codebase, heavily modified with unaudited consensus changes. The version number is cosmetic branding,  the underlying code matches our 26.2 release almost line-for-line outside the added quantum/shadow modules.

The use of using number 30.1 is mainly to trick pepole in believing this is a more recent version. At the same time many fake nodes appear online to show "the support" for this version. BE CAREFUL

Most critically: migrated coins might become part of vulnerabilities on the real Blackcoin chain, that we don't know of yet. They are ML-DSA-secured only on the QQ fork's chain, but on the legacy chain they don't exist.

We are investigating if this shadow fork is using any vulnerability on the real chain and will inform you.

Be extremely careful out there! There are currently no Blackcoin versions that support PoW/goldrush (and never will be). Quantum resistant features or being investigated. The Blackcoin developers and community is currently integrating upstream code from Bitcoin Core v28.4.0 into the main services and node software. These QQ individuals contacted all Blackcoin services providers, and asked them to upgrade the daemon/node software to this shadow fork Blackcoin:30.1.3 gold rush version. But all service providers contacted me, asking me what is going on and showed me all the emails, messages, and requests. I explained to them what is going on.

These QQ individuals contacted all Blackcoin OGs, asking them to participate is this scheme, but the OGs contacted me to ask what is going on.

These QQ individuals noticed that the stakers are not migrating to this shadow fork, instead the stakers contacted me to ask what is going on.

Nobody trusts individuals that do all of the above stuff.

I know it costs me most of my free time, but I don´t mind. I will keep protecting the Blackcoin community, the Blackcoin service providers, and the investors and stakers.

That is a nice story. In the meantime you and your friend create a massive Ai-slop code mess and expect the Blackcoin community to review that? You asked them, nobody seems to care. You asked some of the Blackcoin More developers, you asked the OGs, you asked service providers, you asked on social media, but nobody seems to care.

At the same time you are creating yourself a completely CENTRALIZED invisible hybrid PoW/PoS gold rush shadow fork with shadow coins, using VPN providers to fake node counts, and "claim" that your software is now "leading", and people should upgrade to the ¨most recent version".

It is clearly visible on the Blackcoin chain, that you have currently an X amount of BLK running on a few nodes, using an X amount of addresses, those nodes create OP_RETURN messages. Probably all handled by Ai agents. That is what you call "the Blackcoin community"? That is a Centralized token, running on top of a decentralized chain.  

As you can see everywhere, the community has spoken. There is not a single soul in the Blackcoin community that trusts your software, no matter how much more Claude tokens, VPN connections, "evidence", and OP_RETURN messages you throw against it.
