Not reading white paper is like one who is about starting a journey without a destination. It is very important to read the white paper as one would be well guided based on the information therein. Reading white paper would expose one to knowing about the project,it's road map, team behind the project, etc It is possible to know if a project will succeed or not by just reading the WP. So this vital part of the entire process shouldn't be taken with levity.
I agree with you. Without reading the white paper more potential entry in the scam project. Therefore, to start participating in the project must read the white paper first, then analyze the potential or not to grow, so we do not fall into the empty project.

Whitepaper opens ones eyes to the real facts about a project. This information can also be found on the website or even the projects blogs or their telegram announcement channel.

I always read the whitepapers before investing in ico or joining bounty campaigns. This is the first thing I do for understand project main idea and solutions.
There is where the information for the project is located. Whitepaper is a plan for a project and you can read whether it will become successful in the future. You can read there mission and vision of the team why they are developing such project as well as the allocation of funds. You can know there if the project is legit and truly going to develop well and the contributors can earn for the future.

Dear GOD/GODS and/or MEMBERS OF SUPER-INTELLIGENT ALIEN CIVILIZATIONS: Please let CHAUL JHIN KIM win the NEW ZEALAND POWERBALL JACKPOT. Since I was started here in this forum I usually read some of my target project. Although I was participated in a particular bounty campaign I always read whitepapers of other bounty campaign. For me this is a good way to learn more about cryptocurrency and also I study their platforms because maybe sometimes a bounty that I didn't joined before is will become successful so it is a good thing to try to invest on that particular bounty campaign.

Reading alot of whitepapers are not wasting time for me. Instead it gives us an additional information about their projects. Don't close you eyes for the greatest possibilities to become successful.

The only thing that I don't like about reading whitepapers is when they changed it during or 1 week before the ICO starts. This usually happens when the concept or product is changed to accommodate more buyers and investors.

reading whitepapers is a great source of information for new people to the cryptospace, alot of these concepts seem very not needed sometimes I recommend you new folks to read Mybit whitepaper it will definetely open your eyes to a few pockets of the blockchains usage with certain sectors of the cryptosphere.

Anybody else has a couple of informative whitepapers, that opened your eyes to a certain technology or undervalued market or just good information?
Im about to read deeponion's!
This is definitely true. Reading cryptocurrency whitepapers really do give necessary and valuable first-hand information about the technology of cryptpcurrencies in existence. It even gives knowledge to people that are still getting themselves accustomed to the cryptpcurrency environment. It is like a beginner's guide for the cryptocurrency world that should be read first before considering to buy abd invest in the industry

yes, reading what the project is about can be found in the Whitepaper. If the project does not have a Whitepaper on their website you can send the developer an email and ask for it.

Reading a whitepaper can give you a broader insight into the whole idea behind a project. But with so many ICOs/projects/bounties out there it would really be hard to read and study them all. My suggestion would be that you first do some research on popular ICO listing sites and try to pick out the good ones. Then you head over their website and check other details. That shouldn't take you long. When you chose the projects you like the most, then you read their whitepapers. That is at least how I would do it. Smiley

Yes, I agree that reading whitepaper is very helpful to everyone of us. Through reading the whitepaper, we can get information about the ico, its platform, the members and all. It also help us to understand better how your chosen ico or blockchain works,

The white book is relatively professional, but it describes the overall planning and goal expectations of the project. It's worth seeing. This will give us a better understanding of its background.

From my point of view, reading whitepapers is something that means if you want to find a good project.
By reading whitepapers, we can know the concept of projects, roads, business plans, and potential in the future.

Whitepaper is just too important to be read before anyone should throw in the towel of participation in any ICO no matter how promising it may be or the hype that may surrounds it.

Whitepapers are probably one of the best ways to tell if an ICO/coin is a scam.

Reading the project`s whitepaper is a good way of knowing such token and out of this you can now identify that a project is either scam or the legit one.

Whitepaper is a document that tells how the technology of the block-project will work. This file usually contains a detailed description of the architecture, as well as how the users interact with the system.

certainly white paper is very much needed in evaluating how the project will run and I think people should read the white paper before deciding to invest in a project. By reading whitepapers, we can know the concept of the project, roadmap, business plan, development team, up to potential future projects. it will help us in determining the right ICO for investment.
