Did you try localbitcoins?
Paypal is not recommended, because it can be charged back.

I didnt know you could charge back on a gift payment, hence the no fee thing. Im open to other feasible payment methods

but most of peoples don't like to sell or buy through paypal in bitcoins community its most dangrous method
