The accounts will be banned mostly for the copy and pating the poste from someone or from the internet which was not written by you,If that account was banned for creating the spam posts then his ban maybe temporary ban but just wait for staff or moderator to answer your question.
If that your account was banned for copy pasting then it will be perman ban and you are no more allowed here.

Edit: I checked the post history of that banned account most of them were bounties reports and one liner so it maybe banned for spamming.

My friend replies:

I believe that the partial use of someone else's text is not prohibited by the rules of the forum. Especially with such literate thoughts. Let's take into account the fact that this message was directly addressed to the creator of the topic, and the rarg's message is addressed to all users.

Why did I get a ban for this?

This punishment is too harsh and I hope that other users will support it and I will be able to continue participating in the forum.

It wasn't the partial use of his text though was it? You, sorry your "friend" directly copied the message and changed the very start of the sentence to make it not so obvious. You got caught, and from now on you'll have to make do just reading the forum from now on.

I don't understand why they always complain, this is against rules in every single forum, i don't know why they think this forum is exception.

They complain because they don't give importance to the rules. But when they got punished, they whine everywhere
