There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

That site is not related to bitcointalk, and I would avoid any website making such claims without proof.

Also, my antivirus warned me about a potential threat on that page, so you should avoid that website in general. I would recommend running a virus scan after visiting that site, as it may have a driveby mining script on it.
