Not 100 percent sure which section this should go in, so just going to put it here in Meta.

The following profiles all were created within a hour of each other.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2518745
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2518748
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2518741
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2518744

Then we have another group:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2519407
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2519413
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2519544

All of them have trash posted almost one after another on the Howeycoins thread..

Anything that can be done about this?

Anything that can be done about this?

Report the low-value posts, particularly ones outside Howeycoins thread (which is pinned so bumping it doesn't matter much).

Well these is not spamming  Howeycoins coin in-fact they don't have any idea about the thread at all. They are doing their job.

- Going to the board Announcements (Altcoins)
- Posting on the Ntt thread.
If N is the last topic of the first page then it's bumping at the top.

So they are not necessarily posting in the Howeycoins ANN.

Anyway I will go with suchmoon's suggestion, report to moderator whenever you encounter any.

Be happy be at peace. Looking forward to BTC at $1M

Probably a bunch of thread bumping accounts created to continue their meaningless business of bumping every single thread to the top and irritate the users and mods from such happenings in the forum.
You will get tired of counting if you continue to look for such accounts being created every hour, each day of every week. The logic behind them doing this is still unknown to the public, but they probably have a hidden marketplace of thread bumping services somewhere where they get paid for doing such kind of things because I can't believe that a person would waste any of his time doing something which earns him nothing at all.

Anything that can be done about this?

For now, do what @suchmoon suggested. And, pray for them to get a job so that they stop doing all this and we get rid of it.  Roll Eyes

Most likely so, I have once been approached on telegram to join some service on bitcointalk, I didn't follow through with the discussion, so I can not ascertain that it was a 'paid to bump service's.
There are so many of such account in the forum, we can only do our part by reporting them when found.
