My question might be stupid but dont get angry i just need your help. After installing the electrum wallet i transferred my funds in an imported watching only wallet. I have my seed phrase (which i think i need) but how to i use it to transfer the money out.. when i try to sent through that wallet it does not allow me to send it anywhere. pls hel

This isn't the right place for Electrum questions, although the used wallet isn't really relevant to your question.

Did you import a watch only address, or a wallet?

I have my seed phrase

Is this the seed phrase for the Electrum wallet you just installed, or for the watch only address/wallet?

What you need, is the private key to the watch-only address. How did you create this address, and why did you import it? Is it even your own address?

Watch-only wallets are, well as the name suggests, allows you to ONLY see the transactions related to that address but you can't spend it. Assuming that you have got the seed for it, go to File>New/Restore and you should see a popup, click on Next>Standard Wallet>I have a seed and enter your seed there. You can spend your coins after that.

Note that file > new/restore will ask for a filename for your wallet so enter a unique name for the new wallet file in which you will restore your . Then proceed as per on-screen instructions.

Watch-only wallets are, well as the name suggests, allows you to ONLY see the transactions related to that address but you can't spend it. Assuming that you have got the seed for it, go to File>New/Restore and you should see a popup, click on Next>Standard Wallet>I have a seed and enter your seed there. You can spend your coins after that.

One last thing to note... if this "seed phrase" that you have was not from Electrum but another wallet, you may need to click "Options -> BIP39 seed" when you are attempting to restore the wallet as per ranochigo's instructions.
