Electrum sync stuck transaction stuck please HELP!

Hello together,

I was searching for solutions and trying different options for the last 48 hours and nothing worked...
I did a transaction to an address in my electrum. By going on blockcypher I can see the transaction arrived.

Well the problem is My electrum is stuck while synchronizing so I tried different servers and automatic connecting nothing worked so deleted all my wallets and did a backup with my seed. My first problem was that my btc adress I sent the btc to was not shown up. Good thing was the network button was green.
After doing thousands of restarts and trying the same for a portable electrum version I finally got all my addresses back but now my electrum is stucked again in synchronizing and I do not receive the money on electrum.
However the problem is the btc arrived, proven by blockcypher.
Beside that I use Tails.

if somebody is well educated with tails than there is another problem:
I cannot access blockchain as onion link as well as blockexplorer.com with my tails system...

On TAILS are you using a persistent drive to store your electrum wallets and the synchronized Electrum blockchain headers? If this is so, since you've already mentioned that you've deleted the wallet files, I would suggest you also go ahead and try to delete the blockchain_headers (should be in ~/.electrum or in your persistent drive with a similar folder structure). Make sure you've exited Electrum before doing so. After, deleting this file just start Electrum as you do normally and it should being to synchronize.

Also, since your Bitcoins are already broadcasted and displayed on the blockexplorer, don't worry! As soon as electrum downloads the block headers pertaining to your transaction, you should be able to see it in your wallet. Let me know if this resolved for you.

first thing to do is to check to see if you have the latest version of Electrum. it is 3.0.6 at the moment https://electrum.org/#download
in previous versions there was a bug that caused this state of being stuck for some transactions because the wallet failed to parse it.

if that is not the issue the clarify what you mean by "I can see the transaction arrived". is it just that you see it on the block explorer or is it actually confirmed. if it is confirmed then the problem is on your end (possibly connectivity) if it is not confirmed it is possibly due to not being propagated so the Electrum nodes you are connected to don't see it.

Most likely the sync issue related to the default version of Electrum on Tails be something VERY old and outdated like Electrum 2.7.4...

A lot of older versions of Electrum will not sync correctly. Do as Pooya87 said and upgrade to Electrum 3.0.6.
