Looks like a very interesting project. Creating a crypto bank it a little "suspicios" as crypto pretty much is trying to stay away from banks.

I think many guys would doubt the credit in a central bank by a private campany.

Hmmmm...maybe you should change your wording?
People don't react kindly to crypto paired with "central bank".

The #1 most attractive thing about crypto is that it is decentralized.
Taking something that is at its best when it is open source, spread out over thousands of nodes accross the world, mined and maintained by people from all backgrounds, then trying to centralize it?
Yeah, that seems doomed to fail from the very beginning.

Instead, I would focus on using the benefits crypto has to offer rather than making it something it isn't.

If your goal is to consolidate the world of crypto to make it more accessible and easier to manage, then I would recommend approaching that from a decentralized angle.
People want their voices not only heard, but also their actions to impact what they are invested in.
They also don't want a "middleman" to take fees and time away from what they want to do.

Anyways, good luck I suppose, you are going to need it.

Thanks for the feedback. I do agree the name will take some getting used to, but XOV will still be decentralized....the company will just act as a central bank in that they'll be able to stabilize the currency value. You will always OWN your funds, just deposited through smart contracts to earn interest in an account.

We'll always need a place to "store" our coins. The team XOV is assembling on the Advisory Board and on their Research Panel will be a confidence boost. People are more comfortable leaving things on an exchange instead of downloading their own wallets and storing them themselves. It's a hassle and there is some fear about what will happen if you screw up and 'lose' your coins? My cousin has .75 ETH sitting in a wallet he didn't write down the password to. Sure it's his fault, but that is something you shouldn't need to worry about with your money.

XOV will offer some of the same services a normal bank would offer but in the decentralized and blockchain world. It will be a win/win.

I think a fair amount of people would like to see mass adoption of crypto and actually see it spendable at merchants. For this to happen a company would need to realize stability matters and regulations are coming. The companies that survive long term will be the ones who work towards meeting those regulations.
