Don’t eat everything in moderation. Eat as much healthy food as you can, whenever you are hungry. Eat as little unhealthy garbage as you can. If possible none at all.

Drink lots of water and eat no patato's, rice or bread. Just a lot of vegtables and plant-based proteins, no carbohydrates, and some protein from eggs and fish. You'll see the pounds flying away!

Intermittent fasting. Eat for 8 hours, fast for 16. Foolproof way to lose weight and get ripped. Extra points if you go low carb and low sugar during your 8 hours. You have to stick with it 6+ months for results. I have two friends that lost 30+ lbs doing this.
