update to cpuminer-opt 3.8.3 or 3.8.4 windows binary those two updates have the yescryptR16 algo added.

to run all you really need is:

cpuminer-sse2.exe -a yescryptR16 -o stratum+tcp://pool.elicoin.net:3333 -u EenkkoCGYkxFHad5uQr2gguEHphMGymJuD

no password required on the official pool but -t for threads numbers if you would like to do that (ie -t 6)

Hi there! Have some problem with difficulty. Default diff = 2, and its not change automaticaly(?). -p d=*** key is not work (and what ranges for x16?).
Share period approx 5-10 min, sometime stats not displayed. Need to fix auto-diff or change manualy.

And what means "stats" key?

Why all miners work on one pool? 90% network hashrate concentrated on pool.elicoin.net - not good for eli
