I can't find the guide for how people can find there profil link

you don't need to hack, we have search function for it https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=mlist;sa=search
enter "JanEmil" in the input form, check option "Search by name" and click Search button
it will give you the list of usernames that contains your search query
the username links directly to user profile. is this what you've been looking for?
