I would dare to say all of them, this project basically free-falling right from the start due to the backlash of their poorly judged decision. As per few months ago, I believe the project itself finally terminated. I can't find their telegram channel anymore

It was a planned thing, the fact that they were put on the exchange for a very short period of time was also perfectly organized for several reasons,one of the reasons probably to make the community believe that they have been on the exchange but project failed. it was just a move to cover a full-fledged scam, really sad

It looks so crazy to see that but this must be another case like bitclave. EIDOO should also responsible for this. EIDOO was not doing proper research and that has made so many ethereum coins being stolen by this garbage project called ubiatar.

Now telegram and all their social means cannot be accessed at all and this is quite disappointing for those of us who still hold ubiatar tokens in their wallets, just like you, I am personally quite disappointed with the ubiatar project other than bounty payments that are not in accordance with the initial regulations and others. Painful for me personally to lose the money I invested in their ico project in the past and now their coins have been removed from the idex exchange so UAC coins are now just junk coins in my wallet 😭, in my opinion this ubiatar is the biggest scam project ever and hope there will be no more projects like Ubiatar in the future.

It's so sad that project like this exist. Shame is cause the projects which need more attention and are real deal suffer from this. People get scared and less willing to invest.

They were doing it to make investors became feel convenient with it. This is not my first to see a scam project who has been using such a trick to fool the investors. Ecryptotel, excudo, sonm, bitclave, and so many scam projects were doing this trick.
Legal action is actually needed to give them pressure to give back the money that they have robbed it from the investors.
bitclave has been suing by SEC and the bitclave scammer's team will give back all of the money and pay the charge. That's the only way to bring the scammers to jail.

Well, regarding Ubiatar and Eidoo for me it's just 2+2... Is it a coincidence that 90% of the projects endorsed by Eidoo were a scam? I don't think so. I'm pretty sure they got their slice of the cake bringing a lot of investors. This is of course my idea, maybe it's just an incredible coincidence that happened over and over

Unless someone submitted formal complaint, they won't conduct any investigation, and I don't think anyone has submitted one so far.

Who? Francesco? Sure, it's an easy task. Even though he has deleted his picture from his linkedin profile, nothing really gone from the internet. Just google "Francesco Raco", you'll see his pictures, like this one that neatly has him showing off his Ubiatar nametag.
