Rippled is the main software, everything else is already fully open source.
As I said, I see rippled being prepared to be made public, documentation being added, code refactored, extensive testing, and so forth, by JoelKatz and others. There are already multiple instances running, and many people can add more already, myself included, if they choose to.

i'm pretty sure the guts of it is not available...
if it was, there would be a working copy/competitor right now somewhere called CRP Cascade or something similar
