At current difficulty, a single BFL Single is bringing in ~฿1.42 a week.

Sales price is currently 6*฿1.42 = ฿8.52 and will be adjusted with each difficulty jump until all Singles are sold off.

It has nothing to do with weeks per month.

6 times the current weekly mining revenue according to http://www.alloscomp.com/bitcoin/calculator is the sales price. That's pretty transparent and fair price in my opinion.
