Just wondering why does the HBN wallet take up so much memory and take so long to sync?

Alright we are up and running!

http://www.presstab.pw/phpexplorer/HBN/index.php

hbn.presstab.pw will be the shortlink once the dns propogates.

First time I have looked around much on your explore. Just want to say, fantastic job! Tons of great information, easy to use and smooth.

Thank you sir! HBN is the largest chain I have supported so far, so it has helped me shake out some bugs along the way Smiley Does anyone know of a chain out there with more blocks?

Probably the size of the chain itself. As well as I don't think scrypt is the least resource consuming algo out there too...

Anyone have luck withdrawing HBN from Cryptsy lately?

I've been trading with Cryptsy for over 2 years and have been loyal in doing so up until last month. I had to change my opinion due to their consistent failure to get BTC's moving and not communicating about it honestly. Last week, finally, they announced stopping trading and withdrawing altogether. It looks like that wasn't entirely honest either because for many coins, trading is still possible.

I think it's time to accept the fact that Cryptsy has become a coin trap and if you have still coins there, get them out any way possible or just take your loss and move on to Cryptopia.

there is still a chance that it s not the end of cryptsy, if it was  they close a couple of month ago

If Cryptsy goes bankrupt (and it will go), that top wallet is lost?  Grin

I don't think that's what we should do.
I think what we need to do is to concentrate trading on one exchange to get the best possible volume. Since more and more people realize Cryptsy has become a coin trap, they'll switch. It's already happening. Just takes a little patience.

maybe   but cryptsy was known by a lot of people, there are people ho  discover hbn on cryptsy, (like i did) , the power of a big exchange  even shit coins get volumes

if we available only on cryptopia, gonna need to promote hbn    or it s gonna be a Fly2

I'll turn up the volume too.  My guess is that not being able to withdraw BTC or other coins makes the price high on Cryptsy and probably lowers it on other exchanges for the coins that can be withdrawn.  Once things straighten out I hope the pricing is better - I've had good results so far with Cryptopia I'm happy to report.

Well that's it for Cryptsy, done like dinner.

Oh they were 'hacked'. Pretty big surprise. I think most of us saw this a mile away.

I've been staking for awhile but not selling any HBN. Are we on any other exchanges?

If I understand correctly, HBN is working well on cryptopia.co.nz

Will cryptsy come to cryptopia to sell all HBN from the wallet?

i think he mean  if cryptsy is gonna dump all the hbn they have on cryptopia

as i know most of the coins there are from the users,   if that happen   vern is a dead man

is there a way to start hbn wallet with windows and it start shaking without  automatic unlock for pos ?

actually i don't understand why all the wallets are manually unlock for pos if crypted
as i know no body can steal coins if unlock for pos, or does it have something to do, if automatic unlock  that the key must be stored somewhere in a file what is not secure enough ?

i m away for 1 month and if computer reboot than can't shake
