What's up with the stake? I had 3.4k HBN and haven't opened my wallet since 2015... I synched it and got one stake of 8 HBN and then another a day and a half later for 13 HBN, and my next one will be in 3 days LOL funny as hell...

The stake is fine. HBN has change a lot since 2015. The blockchain is now smaller and has less blocks per day. So it is harder to stack some coins. You stake depends on the inputs. If you have very small inputs, your stakte is not very big. With an input of some hunderst coins, you get a bigger and faster stake. With small inputs the stake procedure will take a long time. Use coin control to see how big your inputs are. Also you can combinate you inputs, to get a bigger stake. But don't make too big inputs. The max stake amount per input is 250 HBN. I use inputs around 4000 Coins and try it to stake after 30 days, but also smaller amounts stake, but it takes mabe longer time.

How many do you get HBN per day per 1000 HBN?

At the moment you get around 30%-35% stake reward per year.

I see this address EjbyurGcWxiEt18LY1NRhpPWnWU5SP9kJk on the blockchain link below and notice it is staking a 10750 for 250 and it auto combining into a 11000 stack. How do you do this? Assume I have the same amount as this address.

If you know how to compile you can set your own combine/threshold parms. Otherwise you can only use up the max coded into the wallet currently.
