I wouldn't say forked, orphaned is a more correct word. Ur transactions will be included into later blocks if they r not expired due to a short deadline.

Yes, network fragmentation. That's why 10 confirmations is minimum number of confirmations for Nxt, 60 is better. Keep removing disconnected nodes in Active peers list.

maybe i wasn't connected cause I still have all of the nxt in one address witn no unconfirmed transactions
