I've been thinking of getting into alts. I opened an account on binance. I check it once in a while and see some impressive percentage gains but much more stinkers. I do believe in ltc and eth as I think they have the possibility of of having use other than pump and dumps but many of these alts appear to be merely pump and dumps. It seems the main way these alts go up is being new. How to you determine which alt has a future and which is just a money maker

Every new Altcoin is a pump & dump, they all start out this way. Buy Low, Sell High, Buy Low and HODL! Then wait for good news.
