first week started at the pre-sale launch march 1st, after that starting from march 10th, each weeks will close on  saturday night. Week 2 will be from 11 March to 17 March

This is Bad answer. Will or will not have a KYC need to know in advance!

Take a look at the answer date, it was March 1st. That's what the team said during the study phase of the campaign about bounties & KYC .
But things can change due to force majeure, as we already saw  in the laws of the far east countries

Stakes/video  earned depending on quality :

Rejected: 0 stakes
Low: 1 stake
Medium: 2 stakes
High: 3 stakes

    Videos must be quality acceptable.
    Video must  be in English, foreign language have to be specifically accepted, contain only unique content, publicly accessible and duration must be longer than 2 minutes.
