Yes I strongly agree with your opinion or your analysis, I believe bitcoin will soon be crawling up with this near future over the $ 17000 price.
To crawl back to $17K, the current price needs to double. I don't know if this is achievable this year or not because of so much ban from nations (India and Pakistan) recently. So it would take like a herculean task to overcome this.
Personally though, I wouldn't put too much expectations, I would be glad just to see bitcoin hits $10K and getting above it will be a big bonus for us with all the attacks from central banks.
