1 BTC - Cleanup 3 minute engagement video

I proposed to my girlfriend during a firework show.  Although we capture some great pictures, the video did not turn out well.  Because of the low light, the frame rate is really low, the video is grainy, and is generally a mess.

I am not entirely sure what is possible, but I would like to have it cleaned up in to a presentable state.  If this is something you are interested in, I will send you the video to get your opinion on what can be done.

Congratulations on the proposal, you go man.
As for the video, I'm pretty sure there are softwares out there that can increase the lighting, no?

I wish you all the best for your future life, but please don't expect much improvement. Once footage has been shot as you describe it would be very difficulty to improve it to an acceptable level.

My best advice is to re stage it ASAP. I know it sounds daft, but trust me in years to come your children will appreciate your efforts.
