Because everyone was telling him to stop, he just started the minute after.
I know the amount of spammers and beggars there, but most of them post once of twice.

Hopefully so, probably not, about the more serious moderation.  I've seen other rain requesters, but they don't spam every minute :/  Especially when others have told marcotheminer repeatedly to stop.
